Carrie Kneitel

I believe in the power of creative thinking to solve difficult problems.  I have looked to creativity my whole life to understand what it means to speak visual languages.  With experience across a wide range of design disciplines, I specialize in art direction and building brands. My approach is intuitive: I break down messaging to its core and design it clearly with your brand as my guiding light.  

I have worked in both print and digital; this mashup of experience and expertise allows me to approach projects with a unique and enlightened point of view. The results are fresh and timeless. 

My broad range of creative experiences provide me with a deep knowledge base. I’ve been a web designer for the Internet’s most cutting-edge start-ups and co-founded a clothing line called Edward an.  I also had my own design firm before joining Museum of Tolerance and Simon Wiesenthal Center as their Creative Arts Director.  I’ve worked with entertainment companies, fashion industry, automobile, non-profits, food industry and many other unique start-ups.

Blending my skills of art and design, color is king. My inspiration emerges from my passions -- pottery, painting, illustration, texture, and typography. When designing a brand, I think big-picture first and foremost. I’m not looking to give clients a short-term solution. I am designing memorable brands, built to last.
