Creative Director based in Los Angeles
Creativity has been Carrie Kneitel’s passion from a young age. Art and design have been her favorite forms of expression for as long as she can remember. She fell in love with pottery as she worked as a floral designer. While studying painting and fine arts in college, she designed and sold her own jewelry line. After studying graphic design, she began working in digital design, where she discovered a new love — branding start-ups, immersed in the web, playing a prominent creative role for several pioneering digital brands. Ready for a new design venture, she co-founded a clothing line called edward an. At edward an, Carrie combined her love of fashion and illustration with an entrepreneurial twist. She helped grow the business, focusing on marketing, pr and sales along with her graphic design and branding skills.
The last twenty years, Carie has gone back to her roots as a graphic designer focusing on growing brands. With a desire to do good in the world and equipped with the skill set of print design, Carrie became Creative Arts Director for the Museum of Tolerance and Simon Wiesenthal Center. She continues to seek growth and expansion as a graphic designer, artist and lives to connect with joyful moments, learning from her garden and wandering in nature while dreaming up new projects.
