Honoring the legacy of Maddalena Riboli

When Maddalena Wines invited me to design a label in tribute to their founder, Maddalena Riboli,

I was asked:
"What does it mean to me to be a woman artist?"

For me, the answer lies in a phrase that has shaped my creative path: “Bloom where you are planted.”
As an artist, I’ve worn many hats—illustrator, designer, ceramicist, painter—and each has helped me grow in new directions. This illustrated garden is a reflection of that journey: every bloom represents a chapter of creativity, a new skill, or a shift in perspective. And like any garden, I’m still growing.

Through the years, I’ve learned to:
Connect – Be present in the moment
Imagine – Let ideas flow freely
Dedicate – Stay curious, practice, and keep learning

This piece is both a personal tribute and a celebration of the ever-evolving creative spirit.
